Sweet Energy Bomb (Sugar, Gluten and Lactose Free)
Ingredients:
– dried cranberries (2 tblspoons)
– nuts / hazelnuts / almonds (2 tblspoons)
– sesame seeds (2 tblspoons)
– coconut shavings (2 tblspoons)
– chestnut honey (1 teaspoon, optional, to taste)
– banana (1, pre-mashed)
– orange jam (tangy)
Step 1. Mixing
Mix these ingredients all together and form small balls. Put in fridge overnight.
Step 2 & 3. Coating:
70% dark chocolate (1 bar, melt over steam)
2. Set up a bain de marie (a pot a boiling water to melt chocolate over).
3. Dip refrigerated bonbon balls into chocolate coating. Make sure the balls are fully covered in chocolate.
Step 4. How to serve & store
Put bonbons on a plate and back into the fridge until cool / chilled.
Serves 4. Keep it refrigerated!
